When tasked with building several piers with floating concrete pontoons in Mayotte, MSI faced a shortage of heavy piling equipment in the area. To address this, it developed a portable, floating piling machine capable of operating in very shallow water and easily transportable by trailer or container.
This innovation made it possible to carry out piling work in a remote environment without relying on heavy infrastructure, facilitating efficient technical interventions at hard-to-reach sites.
